The files are shown as zzzzz.zzz what is this . how to know what type of files. Interactive help menu,when one operates will be a boost to the users. What Blue folder indicate and d in red folder indicates

Does not recover all files. Accuracy is 50%. Price should also be lowered to about 50%

to see the price lowered a little but, because $70.00 in my opinion, is way too expensive to pay for software, just to recover some pictures & files that you may of not have wanted in the first place!

if this could be installed to thumb drive would be great why would you want to install to hard drive when you have no idea which drive it maybe neede on

Whoever said it only recovers 50% has no idea what they are talking about. You're trying to recover corrupt data or data from a failing drive. That's not the programs fault, that's unrecoverable damage... DUH!!

Re-word the warning. Advise not to install after damage is already done. Nobody wants to read excessive wording.
